Cancellations
24 hour cancellation required
Less than 24 hours: 1 time grace period (because stuff happens). Subsequent lapses will be charged the full amount and/or a session will be deducted from a “bundle”

Payment
Due prior to the session
All Payments are on-line/electronic for the 1st session, can be made in-person thereafter.
If cancellation more that 24 hours, money will be held in lieu for future appointments unless otherwise agreed
Arriving
One hour on-street parking is available on Columbia Street. There are also parking garages/lots within walking distance.
Punctuality is appreciated. Please enter the building on-time or 2 minutes prior.
Upon entry, cubbies for shoe and coat storage are available. Handbags may be brought to the workout area.
COVID Policy
Masks are currently optional. Mask wearing is supported for any reason. If you, as the client, feel more comfortable with the instructor wearing a mask during the session please ask. Pilates often requires hands-on modifications, if this is uncomfortable for you please make it known and adjustments can be made.
Equipment is cleaned after every client and hand sanitization pumps are available.
Props are supplied and cleaned but feel free to bring your own.
Towels are not provided. If desired, you may bring a towel to place on the Reformer/Mat surface.
Preparation
What to wear/bring?
Comfortable workout clothing, that allows for full range of motion, preferably slim fitting so that your instructor can see movement and alignment. Pilates is done in bare feet or non-slip Grip socks. A layer, such as a long sleeve shirt, is recommended.
A water bottle.
Scent-free environment, please.
Expiration dates
Bundle purchases are to be used within a year of purchase date
