Amenities
The Gym has three stories with Pilates sessions taking place on the main floor. In the event they are needed, change room, showers and toilets are located in the basement. There is free 1 hour street parking or multiple pay parking lots/garages close by.
The Space
Lifestyle Pilates is located within LA Training in downtown Bangor, Maine. The owner, Leanne Leedy, is the ONLY certified Pilates instructor operating on premises, whilst sharing the space with other Personal Trainers. This is a boutique style gym where only prearranged private clients are present throughout the day.
Well spaced, with multiple rooms and floors, the gym allows for privacy and distancing.
